Hello everyone, we're still here and we want to give you a bit of an update on the current situation.
- We're working on the FAQs for the regulations. We're aware of the errors you've pointed out and we're working on solving them. I'm just taking a bit longer because every time I work on them, new ideas for upcoming projects come to mind.
- We've hired a girl who is completely rewriting the manual in English to improve its understanding.
- This same girl will be in charge of translating any regulations for the publishing company from now on.
- The creation of the website is in its final phase, and we hope to announce its launch soon.
- I haven't forgotten that I promised to publish some rule PDFs in February '23 to shorten, simplify, or complicate the game. I need to format and test them, but it's like with the FAQs – the more I try this, the more ideas I come up with.
Spiel '23
This year we will meet again in Germany from October 4th to 8th.
Our booth this year will be in hall 3 at booth number 102.
This year, apart from Captain’s Log (retail version), we will be bringing a small series of 4 family games that, thanks to your support which made Captain’s Log and our publishing company PIFgames possible, will see the light at Spiel for a second time, and I hope for many more times to come.
PS: I want to conduct a survey in my next email so that you can freely give your opinions on anything – games, shipments, communication, rules... everything. I'm just aiming to use it to identify any issues that might be present so that I can find solutions and improve! It's very important to me that you're honest; I understand that all criticism is meant to help, and that's exactly what I'm looking for.

Hola a todos, seguimos por aquí y os ponemos un poco en el contexto de la situación actual.
* Estamos trabajando en las FaQs de los reglamentos. Sabemos de las erratas que nos hacéis llegar y estamos poniendo solución a esto. Simplemente, me estoy demorando porque cada vez que trabajo en ellas vienen nuevas ideas para próximos proyectos.
* Hemos contratado a una chica que se está encargando de reescribir por completo el manual en ingles y así poder mejorar su entendimiento.
* Esta misma chica será la encargada, a partir de ahora, de traducir cualquier reglamento de la editorial.
* La creación de la página web está en su fase final y esperamos poder anunciar su apertura próximamente.
* Tampoco me he olvidado que prometí en Febrero23 publicar unas reglas en PDF para acortar, facilitar o complicar el juego, las tengo que maquetar y testear, pero me pasa como las faqs, cuanto más pruebo esto, más cosas se me ocurren.
Spiel ‘23
Este año nos volveremos a ver en Alemania del 4 al 8 de Octubre.
Nuestro stand este año estará en el pabellón 3 en el número 102.
Este año llevaremos, a parte de Captain’s Log (retail versión) una pequeña saga de 4 juegos familiares que, gracias a vuestros hicisteis posible Captain’s Log y su editorial PIFgames, verá la luz en Spiel una segunda vez y espero que muchas más.
PD: quiero hacer una encuesta en mi próximo correo para que opinéis libremente de cualquier cosa, juego, envíos, comunicación, reglas ... todo. Solo busco que en ella encontrar todos los fallos que pueda tener para darles solución y mejorar!! para mi es muy importante que seáis sinceros, yo entenderé que toda critica es para ayudar y es exactamente lo que busco.

We are starting a series of updates where we will provide you with new Captain's Log content that we have promised.
We can't set release dates, because Maria and I know each other, and we will release regularly as soon as we have created the files.
We can tell you that the next update will be the index that so many of you have been asking for. I have done it in Spanish, but I still have to finish it in the other languages.
Today we offer you the CARDS OF MISSION with the explanatory texts included, we hope they are useful and you like them. We apologize for any typos that may exist in them at the language level, as it has been translated by ourselves.
We also provide a file with the back of the cards in case anyone wants to print them.

Buenos días, tardes, noches a todos.
Iniciamos una serie de actualizaciones dónde os iremos proporcionando nuevo contenido de Captain’s Log que habíamos prometido.
No podemos fijar unas fechas de publicación porque María y yo nos conocemos e iremos publicando asiduamente conforme tengamos los archivos creados.
Si podemos adelantaros que la próxima actualización será el índice que tanto de vosotros estabais pidiendo. Lo tengo hecho en español, pero me falta terminarlo en los demás idiomas.
Hoy os facilitamos las cartas de misión con el texto explicativo incluido en ellas, esperamos que sean útiles y de vuestro agrado. Pedimos mil disculpas por cualquier errata que pueda existir en ellas a nivel idioma ya que ha sido traducido por nosotros mismos.
Os facilitamos también un archivo con el reverso de las cartas por si alguien quiere imprimir.

Finally we have news from Asia and Australia.
VFI has shipped your rewards to their various distribution centres in South Korea, Singapore and Australia. As soon as the games arrive at each centre, we will continue with the shipments.
Sooner rather than later it will be on your tables and we will be able to consider another stage of this project "finished", but we will keep you informed of news from the Captain's Log world.
We already have new knowledge and contacts to speed up this process in the future. It has taken much longer than expected, but we promise to improve this time.
Thanks to all of you for the patience and affection you show us every day, for the emails, messages, comments, questions and interest you show in the project and in us as people.

Por fin tenemos noticias de Asia y Australia.
VFI ha enviado vuestras recompensas a sus distintos centros de distribución de: Corea del Sur, Singapur y Australia. Una vez lleguen los juegos a cada centro se procederá a los envíos.
Más pronto que tarde llegará a vuestras mesas y podremos dar por “finalizada” otra etapa de este proyecto, pero os mantendremos informados sobre novedades del mundo Captain’s Log.
Ya tenemos nuevos conocimientos y contactos para agilizar este proceso en un futuro. Hemos tardado mucho más de lo esperado, pero prometemos mejorar estos tiempos.
Gracias a todos por la paciencia y cariño que nos ofrecéis día a día, por los correos, mensajes, comentarios, consultas e interés que demostráis tanto por el proyecto como por nosotros como personas.
