Good morning, good afternoon and good evening Captain's Log crew. All the components of the set are now in the hands of the manufacturer and the manufacturing process has begun.

Shipping Addresses
Our intention is to speed up the shipping process as soon as possible and have all the addresses ready so that when the sets arrive at the warehouse, distribution can begin.
Distributors
- This week we have made the pre-payment of the shipping budget to the distribution company in charge of USA and Canada (Bridge: distribution and fulfillment).
- We have also signed the contract with the courier company Nacex, which will be in charge of shipments to Europe.
- We only need to finalize the details with VFI.

We were thinking of extending the Backerkit pre-order period for a few days, some people have asked us to do so, so the pledge manager will still be open until August 6th. That same day you will receive an email giving a 48h notice for the total closure.
This does not change the estimated delivery time, in principle everything is going smoothly.

We want to thank Paul, a person who appeared in our lives by magic and without intending to become not only the English translator of Captain's Log, but also a friend.
We will never tire of saying how grateful we are to have found, thanks to this project, all those people who have altruistically supported us.

Estábamos pensando en ampliar unos días el plazo de pre-order de Backerkit, algunas personas nos han pedido que lo hagamos, por lo que el generador de promesas aun estará abierto hasta el 6 de agosto, ese mismo día os llegará un mail dando un aviso de 48h para el cierre total.
Esto no varia en nada los plazos de entrega estimada, en un principio todo va viento en popa.

Queremos dar las gracias a Paul, una persona que apareció en nuestras vidas por arte de magia y sin pretenderlo se convirtió, no sólo en el traductor a inglés de Captain’s Log, si no en un amigo.
No nos cansaremos de decir lo agradecidos que estamos de haber encontrado, gracias a este proyecto, a todas esas personas que de forma altruista nos habéis apoyado.
Paul ha querido regalaros un pequeño relato, que sin duda a más de uno nos hará sumergirnos literalmente en el océano.

IMPORTANT!
Three years ago today, Anastasio and I said "I do". A year later the idea of Captain's Log and PIFgames appeared.
It is not easy to work side by side, there are disagreements, anger, shouting, stress... but also many joys, laughter, complicity, learning, personal and couple growth.
This photo shows you how we are and how, probably, we have completely lost the little sanity we had.

All the components are ready to be manufactured, except for the loading tower, which we will send the design today.
We are anxious to see the results and that you can enjoy the game as soon as possible.

¡IMPORTANTE!
Hoy hace 3 años que Anastasio y yo nos dimos el “sí quiero”. Un año después apareció la idea de Captain’s Log y PIFgames.
No es fácil trabajar codo con codo, hay desacuerdos, cabreos, gritos, estrés… pero también muchas alegrías, risas, complicidad, aprendizajes, crecimiento personal y en pareja.
Esta foto os muestra cómo somos y cómo, probablemente, hayamos perdido por completo la poca cordura que teníamos.

Actualización.
Ya están todos los componentes listos para su fabricación a falta de la torre de carga que mandaremos el diseño hoy mismo.

SPIEL '22:
We have managed to get a booth at Spiel '22, so we will be able to have some tables where we can play it. In addition, and of course, anyone who wants to pick up their order there will have to follow the following steps:

Nuestro navío se acerca al penúltimo puerto antes de poder ensamblar todo el juego. Allí descargará el diseño de la caja y ambos reglamentos (modo estándar y modo experto), estamos trabajando mucho en ello y pidiendo al viento que sople a nuestro favor para amarrar en puerto lo antes posible.

SPIEL '22:
Hemos conseguido obtener un stand en el Spiel ’22, con lo que podremos tener algunas mesas dónde poder jugarlo. Además, y por supuesto, cualquier persona que quiera recoger su pedido allí deberá seguir los siguientes pasos:
Inconvenientes. Backerkit sólo me permite que Local Pickup sea un solo lugar, por lo que a todos los que selecciones esta opción os aparecerá que actualmente esta puesto Murcia (España). No os preocupéis, en agosto a todos los que marquéis esta opción os pediré que especifiqueis el lugar concreto de recogida, ya sea Essen, Murcia o Lanzarote.
Novedades.
Hemos incorporado unas pequeñas piezas de mercado, más bien, semi-mercado para colocarlas cómo recordatorio.
Os adjuntamos las primeras imágenes que nos han hecho llegar desde el fabricante de cómo será la cuna dónde irán las miniaturas y los dados, si, nosotros nunca habíamos visto unos dados incorporados dentro de la cuna de las miniaturas. Las exclusivas de KS se incluirán fuera de esta cuna.

Rules and production Section.
The second part of the rules has suffered a little delay because I had to travel home urgently for family matters. We are still within the dates, just Maria and I won't be able to sleep in the next few days 😆😅, just kidding, but we will work very hard to have everything on time.
On the other hand, the standard mode rules has already been translated into English (lacking a last correction) thanks to Paul Puissant. As soon as the last revision is done, it will be passed to the German and Dutch translators.
The cards have already been approved and the production process has begun.
The die plates are under construction, except for the one for the loading tower, which is still being checked for proper fit.
BREAKING NEWS!
We are looking for table at Spiel '22 in Essen! What does this mean, we can deliver the games to Essen!!!! !!! now I need to find someone to help me to get a table there and volunteers to explain the game (unfortunately my spoken English is not enough to explain my game). If you know how to get them, send me a private message.
As you can tell from the above the game will be in October for sure, so with your permission I would like to sell the base game (NOT the Kickstarter exclusive version) at Spiel '22, this would allow us to cover travel expenses (flights, stay, diet, booth, etc) and to be able to raise awareness of Captain's Log and our small publisher PIFgames.

Apartado reglas y producción.
La segunda parte de las reglas ha sufrido un pequeño retraso debido a que tuve que viajar a casa de urgencia por asuntos familiares. Aún estamos dentro de las fechas, simplemente María y yo no podremos dormir en los próximos días 😆😅, es broma, pero trabajaremos muy duro para tenerlo todo a tiempo.
Por otro lado, el reglamento del modo estándar ya ha sido traducido al inglés (a falta de una última corrección) gracias a Paul Puissant. En cuanto la última revisión esté realizada pasará a los traductores de alemán y holandés.
Las cartas ya han sido aprobadas y ha empezado su proceso de producción.
Las placas de los troqueles están en construcción, excepto la de la torre de carga, aún está siendo revisada para que todo encaje de manera correcta.
¡ÚLTIMAS NOTICIAS!
¡Buscamos mesa en Spiel ’22 de Essen! ¿Qué quiere decir esto?, ¡podremos entregar los juegos a Essen! !!! ahora necesito encontrar a alguien que me ayude a conseguir una mesa allí y voluntarios para explicar el juego (desafortunadamente mi inglés hablado no es suficiente para explicar mi juego). Si sabes cómo conseguirlos, envíame un mensaje privado.
Como se puede deducir de lo anterior el juego estará en octubre seguro, por lo que con vuestro permiso me gustaría vender el juego base (NO la versión exclusiva de Kickstarter) en Spiel ‘22, esto nos permitiría sufragar los gastos del viaje (vuelos, estancia, dieta, stand, etc) y poder dar a conocer Captain’s Log y nuestra pequeña editorial PIFgames.
